Join us for a meditation as self-care workshop hosted by Mija Speakman! 

Have you been curious to try meditation or learn more about what it can do for you? Would you like to develop a routine of self-care as well?

Learn how meditation and other self-care techniques can enrich your life without taking up too much time or effort! Come practice a guided meditation designed to nourish and ground you in the present moment. Some of the techniques we will discuss are: breath, meditation, massage, oils/essential oils, organizing, addressing needs, and healthy eating.  

Walk away with a little more knowledge of what you want out of your own self care-routine!

Please feel free to bring your own journal, or there will be a prompt handout with space to write as well.
